About Casa153
Casa153 is a charming 3 level home on stilts. This home offers a relaxing atmosphere, making it an ideal getaway. The first level accommodates one vehicle and a small watercraft. It also has a Bar & Grill area where you’ll be able to host memorable cookouts and enjoy the flavors of outdoor dining.
As you go up to the second level you will find a balcony where you can enjoy the ocean views. Upon entering, the home has a spacious open floor plan design. The living room area has a comfy couch to Netflix and chill. The dining area has a 6-person dining table to enjoy a delicious meal with a gorgeous ocean and community view. The kitchen is equipped with all essential appliances, cooking, baking and dinnerware to be able to put your chef skills to work. You also have the convenience of a full bathroom on this level and a large pantry.
The third level opens up to a cozy den with 2 twin beds, a TV and another amazing view of the community and sparkling ocean. You also have the convenience of a washer and dryer and a small closet in the den. In the second bedroom you will be able to enjoy your own private bathroom and large closet. This room has a full-size bed with a full-size trundle pull out. Great for a teen all-nighter watching TV or for parents with little ones and want to keep them close. In the Master bedroom you will find a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere including a Queen size bed, a private Master bathroom with a double vanity, so you don't have to share. After a long day relax and take in the gorgeous views from the Master bedroom private balcony or lay in bed and enjoy the same.

Enjoy the wonderful amenities in the community, grab a paddleboard and cruise the shoreline or take a 10 min drive to the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and take a Glass-Bottom boat ride. There is so much to do your days can be full of activities. If dining and happy hour are more your vibe, we have some of the best restaurants with live music and the most delicious fresh caught seafood right here in Key Largo and one within walking distance.
We at Casa153 want to ensure our guests have the best time during their stay. To make your experience even more enjoyable, we have provided some extra amenities for you to use. You’ll find 2 bikes, 2 paddleboards, and a set of pickleball rackets available for your enjoyment. Whether you want to explore the area on two wheels, paddle through the serene waters, or engage in a fun game of pickleball, we hope these additions enhance your vacation.
At an additional cost of $250 per week we are happy to provide you with a golf cart for your stay.
